Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Pre-order or customized items may take longer — this is always noted on the product page.

Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show movement after dispatch.
