Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you do not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.
• For hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items cannot be returned once opened.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply within 24 hours with a return label (US orders) or return instructions (international orders).
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once dispatched, please follow the standard return process.
